Dreams

Interesting album from Grace Slick here, starting a new decade (1980), in a new style. Her classic, rich vocal is still there across these nicely produced tracks.

Tami Show

Incredible Self Titled '80s keyboard rock from all girl group, Tami Show! 1987, when this kind of slick AOR was really hitting it's peak. Some great tracks here, and they make it all sound so effortless, remarkable.

Voices Carry

Another great album from the mid '80s (1985). There's an alternative vibe here, but the production and singing across the songs are handled with memorable melodic quality. 'Til Tuesday, brilliant band back then, for sure.

Friend of a Friend

Really nice smooth Westcoast grooves here, from 1983. Homi & Jarvis are the duo in action. Check it out >

A Taste of Eternity

Amazing CCM Westcoast pop record from Spurr & McNeil, in 1984! Classy production, and great harmonies, this should have been much bigger. Now you can finally hear it again here, enjoy :)

Michele Pillar

Self Titled 1982 album from this incredible singer (aka Mrs Larry Carlton). What a voice! Classy, soft Christian rock, from the eighties ;)

Shandi

Nice vinyl re-master of this hard to find 1980 Self Titled LP from Shandi. Just listen to the first track: the vocals towards the end are like a female Mick Jagger singing Gimme Shelter, but ushering in the start of a very different brave new decade...

Time's So Right

Strong vocal performance from the always on point Tata Vega. Late 80s ('87) but she's still riding the beat with that great confident but soulful wonderful voice. Quite an obscure album (don't think it was even on a major label), hope you enjoy it :)

Love Life

Incredible collection of smooth soft rock tracks from the legendary Brenda Russell. It's 1981, and she's backed up by some of L.A.'s finest studio musician players. If you love high quality 80s music, then you'll love this sweetly sung and produced record.

Heart Dance

Awesome mid 80s ('85) CCM EP from Angie Lewis, featuring her earnest Pop vocals and some really evocative of the era keyboard work. Pure obscure nostalgia, back when music had heart ;)
